Project Manager Painting, Gothenburg

As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for your projects, from tender to final delivery. You drive the business forward, develop customer relationships, and ensure quality, economics, and scheduling.

We are looking for you to be a reliable leader with a business drive and a keen sense for customer relationships. You have the ability to manage the big picture while seeing the details that make a difference.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead projects from tender to final delivery, with full responsibility for economics, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction
• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Drive tender processes, follow up on quotes, and negotiate commercial terms
• Plan, organize, and monitor projects, both in detail and from a future perspective
• Collaborate closely with project teams, estimators, and management to ensure projects meet set goals
• Maintain clear dialogue with customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Monitor results, analyze experiences, and contribute to developing processes for the future

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Experience as a project manager within painting and surface coatings
• Good understanding of economics, contracts, and tender processes (LOU/FKU and framework agreements are an asset)
• Strength in negotiation and the ability to build long-term trust with customers and partners
• Experience working in a structured manner, following up on results, and driving projects to completion with quality and profitability
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, as well as the willingness to help develop something big

Experience with general contracting, public procurement, or industrial projects within surface coatings/painting is an asset.
